Q: Who can attend this workshop?
A: This workshop is geared toward helping professionals (e.g., therapists, counselors, grad students, interns/associates, yogis, yoga therapists, social workers, traditional healers, doctors, etc.) at all stages of development. Whether you’re still completing your MA work or you’ve been in the field for years, there’s something for everyone! All are welcome.

Q: Who facilitates the workshop?
A: Morgan Johnson, MA, LPC.

Q: What will I learn in the workshop?
A: You’ll learn an 8-step model, “R.E.C.H.A.R.G.E.” developed to help you become aware of burnout and manage it if symptoms are showing up in your day-to-day life. You’ll hear some personal stories from a helping professional who has experienced and healed through burnout, learn the hottest cutting-edge research on burnout, and leave with a practical plan for taking care of yourself and becoming a regulated, embodied container for clients working with you.

Q: Where is the workshop?
A: During the pandemic, the workshop will be offered digitally. Typically, I’ll bop wherever!

Q: Will there be snacks?
